Who we are

What we collect
Contact and testimony forms: your name, email address and message, so that we can reply.
Mailing list: your email address, if you choose to receive news from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Member accounts: the details you give when you sign up, such as your name, email address and profile, so that you can log in and take part in the community.
Orders, bookings and gifts: your name, contact details, delivery address and order history. Card payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

Why we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, provide the service you asked for, send the updates you signed up to, fulfil orders and keep proper financial records. We rely on your consent, on the need to carry out an agreement with you, and on our legitimate interest in running the ministry.

Who we share it with
The website is hosted by Wix.com, which stores data on our behalf. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we share it with no one else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it
We keep messages and member details for as long as we need them to serve you, and financial records for as long as UK law requires, usually six years. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

The site uses cookies it needs to work, such as keeping you logged in and remembering your basket, and may use cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Refund Policy for Store
All purchases made at John Enumah Ministries Store can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
